SLU-BINGS Core Facility for Bioinformatics and Next
If research supported by this core facility results in publication, please acknowledge this support by including the following in your publication(s): "We thank Dana-Farber/Harvard Cancer Center in Boston, MA, for the use of the Bioinformatics Training Core, which provided _____ service. The Bioinformatics Core Facility located at the John G. Rangos Sr. Research Center is a resource to support the bioinformatics analysis needs of investigators for datasets generated by the Sequencing Core, by outside sequencing resources, or by using publicly available datasets. The Oregon National Primate Research Center (ONPRC) Bioinformatics & Biostatistics Core (BBC) provides statistical and big data analysis support to ONPRC, OHSU, and external investigators. The BBC brings together experts in statistics, informatics, computer science, and biology with the specialized skills required to analyze modern datasets. The Bioinformatics Core Facility, in operation since 2003, provides data analysis services, consultation and training to scientists at Ben-Gurion University and all over Israel from both academia and industry. Our aim is to help scientists advance their research using cutting edge bioinformatics methodologies. The Bioinformatics Core Facility (BCF) provides specialized network and computing resources (both hardware and software), as well as support and training in experimental design, biostatistics, data analysis, and data management for researchers and investigators.
Bioinformatics core facility at the Donald Danforth Plant Science Center is a physical and intellectual infrastructure that facilitates the scientific computing and storage needs of members of the Danforth Center community. The Core Facility Bioinformatics provides computational data analysis support to BMC-associated as well as external research groups. We have long-standing experience in a wide area of bioinformatics including functional genomics, proteomics, image analysis and biostatistics. Bioinformatics and Biostatistics Service Centers (Open to Duke researchers, eligible for core facility vouchers)*Behavioral Health and Survey Research Core (DCI)*Computational Solutions (GCB) This virtual knowledge exchange workshop is an opportunity for managers of bioinformatics core facilities to learn from EMBL-EBI’s service teams, from each other, and from potential users of their services.
